Numbers - Both the back and shoulder numbers are two-color numbers.
Namebar - Names were added to the home white jerseys on January 11. They had two color letters sewn onto namebars. Road jerseys did not have names on the back at all. The names on the home jerseys were smaller than in following years.
Tagging - There is a Wilson manufacturers tag sewn in the neck. The Wilson name is at the top followed by "Made In U.S.A.". Below that are the washing instructions and the jersey size in large numbers.

Material - Knit (Superfil) - resembles durene knit
Numbers - Both the back and shoulder numbers are two-color tackle-twill.
Namebar - Single color letters sewn onto namebars.
Tagging Neck - There are two tags sewn in the neck of the 79-80 jerseys. A Maska manufacturer's tag is sewn in the middle of the neck and the size tag is sewn off-center towards the right shoulder (to the left if you are looking at the front of the jersey). The wording on the size tag is shown at the right.
Tagging Hem - There is a small single-color Maska logo embroidered onto the far right side of the back hem.
Notes - 1979-80 was the last year that had the big "WASHINGTON" on the logo.
